 Ridgeline FIT provides research-grade compounds intended strictly for laboratory and analytical purposes. All products are handled under strict quality and safety standards to ensure reproducibility and stability. Due to the nature of these laboratory products, refunds are limited and subject to the terms outlined below.
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may only be considered under the following conditions:
- Orders received are damaged during shipping
- Incorrect or defective products are supplied
- Verification of order errors or fulfillment discrepancies

Non-Refundable Items
- Opened, used, or partially consumed laboratory compounds
- Products damaged due to improper handling by the recipient
- Any product not intended for research use in accordance with its intended labeling

Request Procedure
To initiate a refund request, customers must:
- Contact our support team within 3 business days of receiving the order
- Provide order details, batch numbers, and photographic evidence of damage or discrepancy
- Await confirmation and instructions from our quality control team

Processing Time
Approved refund requests will be processed within 5–10 business days. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping for damaged or incorrect items will be coordinated by Ridgeline FIT, and instructions will be provided.
